Available items for your character that are able to be "claimed" will unlock upon entering KINGSMOUTH.

To access these items go to MENU and click on ITEM STORE and to the left CLAIMS.

All items bound to an account from pre-orders, store purchases or other offers/rewards will be listed here for you to "claim".

You will NOT see the Item-Store or Delivered Items options in your MENU tab until you enter Kingsmouth.
