In the webform, please enter a message that includes a detailed description of the problem, followed by a copy of your DXdiag.txt. Use the instructions below to create a DXdiag. Our Technical Support Specialists will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Windows XP:

1. Click on the Start button and select Run.

2. Type in "dxdiag.exe" without the quotes.

3. If a pop-up window asks to scan for WHQL, click No.

4. Once the tool finishes loading click on the "Save all information" button.

5. Open the saved file, and copy/paste its contents below your message.

Windows Vista or Windows 7:

1. Click on the Start button and type "dxdiag.exe" without the quotes into the "Search programs and files" field.

2. If a pop-up window asks to scan for WHQL, click No.

3. Once the tool finishes loading click on the "Save all information" button.

4. Open the saved file, and copy/paste its contents below your message.
