Press Shift + F or click Friends from the top left corner menu to open the Friends window. The window has tabs for Friends, Cabal and Ignored.

Friends tracks online and offline friends. Click Add Friend to add a character to the list. Right-click a name and click Remove Friend to remove a character from the list.

Cabal tracks online and offline cabal members and also displays the rank and role of each member. Click Invite to Cabal, to invite a player. This option is only available to players of a certain rank within a cabal.

Ignored lists characters that are blocked from communicating with a character. Public and private messages from characters will not be displayed. To ignore a character, click Ignore Player. Right-click a name and click Un-ignore to remove a player from the list.
