In addition to running and turning, there are a few advanced movement options that will be useful when navigating through The Secret World. Advanced movements appear below, along with their default keybindings.

Press Backspace to toggle between running and walking. Walking is useful when you need to move carefully.

Press Num Lock use autorun. This will cause your character to move forward until canceled by pressing either a forward or backward directional key or 'Num Lock'. Autorun is useful when you want to multitask while moving.

Press Space to jump. Some areas and missions may require you to jump to get where you want to go. The faster you are moving, the farther you are able to jump. Jumping can sometimes be useful if your character is stuck, so try jumping to free yourself from an obstruction.

Press X to toggle sprint. You can use sprint to move faster, as long as you aren't in combat. Once you are attacked you will lose the sprint buff.

Right-click on a ladder to climb. Ladders can be found all over the game world, several missions require that they are used to access otherwise inaccessible locations. If a ladder is climbable, your mouse cursor will change into a ladder icon when hovering over it.
