When your health bar is completely depleted, your character becomes physically exhausted and his or her Anima Form will appear at a nearby Anima Well. To recover, either return to your character's body or right-click the Anima Well.

Each time your character becomes physically exhausted, all equipped items suffer durability loss. Vendors can repair items for a fee. In dungeons, items can be repaired at Anima Wells.
