in the chat box. You can also use SHIFT + F (Friends List), and click the "IGNORED" tab, and click "ADD" submitting the player name from this option. This will move the player to your ignore list and you will not be able to see this player chat further via chat channels or private tells.

To REMOVE the player, right click the name in your IGNORED list, and then click "Unignore". This will allow you to now communicate and see this player in chat channels. Using /ignore on the player again will also remove them from your list.

The ignore feature is always the best step to stop unwanted tells, "trolling" in global or spam. Please make sure to not take it upon yourself to handle any harassment issues or "feed" the trolls. As always, if you feel a Game Master is needed for such issues, feel free to continue to the petition process.
