Please make sure to note that some third party "Auction House" mods, that are being used, can prevent you from seeing mail was actually sent to you successfully.
If you are having issues with seeing your delivered mail and ARE running a third party GUI/MOD - please do the following -
1. Close game client.
2. Remove custom GUI files from TSW installation folder.
3. Run the file 'PatcherSetup.exe' from the root directory in the TSW installation folder.
**Note, there can also be delays, and your patience is appreciated with mail delivery for customers who are NOT using third party mods/GUI programs.**
Also remember that Funcom does not assist or provide support for any third party programs/GUI/Mods added.
